The implementation of a comprehensive LEAN will be able to solve the problem of efficiency, effectivity and productivity are mostly found in Indonesia's hospitals. That is because the LEAN combines Economics Sciences, Hospital Administration Management, Quality Management, Human Resources Management and Strategic Management.
