Passionate about developing people, leading with purpose, and transforming organizations, I bring over 14 years of leadership, management, and logistics operations experience from my service in the United States Air Force. As a retired veteran, I've led, mentored, and supervised over 30 military personnel and developed specialized expertise in areas including project management, education and career counseling, personnel development, analytics, finance, and customer support.I hold an AAS in Logistics Management from the Community College of the Air Force, a BS in Organizational Dynamics (Behavioral Science), an MBA from Rutgers University, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership in Business from Liberty University.
