His team has solved some of healthcare's most complex issues of poor clinical outcomes for patients including surgical safety, infections, readmissions, long lengths of stay, and provider satisfaction. And, his executive experience running facilities, supply chains, and strategy in ultra-competitive industries including automotive, aviation, and electrical safety helps answer why problems are easier for him while so many fail to succeed, let alone sustain.
