He is a lecturer in the Department of theatre and media Arts, Faculty of Arts, Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State Nigeria where he teaches, does research and community service. His research works are published in local and international journals and books. In addition play writing, he is a cultural manager, the need for leadership scale xrays human hygiene which streams from moral hygiene, using the dunghill as a symbolic platform for corruption.
