Walking dogs on leads can be uncomfortable for both of you if your dog doesn't know where to walk! The methods in this book will change those walks to being more enjoyable. I also look at equipment! The book contains a few pictures to help demonstrate some of the methods, helping those who learn through visual. It can be one of the more difficult things for people to understand how to teach their dogs, I hope this book helps make walks a joy!

Autor

I has been working with dogs since 2009, my passion started when my own dog started to exhibit signs of dog on dog aggression. My training story started with helping out at a local dog training club whilst starting my own dog walking business. The dog walking enabled my days to be spent with dogs which allowed me to observe all sorts of behaviours and breeds. I attended as many seminars, bought as many books as I could. I then attended the PDTI instructors course, this opened up a chance to study and get a qualification in behaviour management at Harper Adam's university. I set up my own classes and started doing 1:1 training sessions, continuing my learning all the time. I also worked for the Kennel Club as a breeder assessor, allowing me to study breeders and early social learning even more. Finally, I am in my dream job. I am Animal Welfare Manager at Foal Farm Animal Rescue. I still continue to offer 1:1 training, my aim, to help dogs stay out of rescue.
