She is the creator of G.E.M.S.® (Girls Empowered, Motivated, and Strong), a nationally recognized empowerment program that has helped hundreds of girls build confidence, develop leadership skills, and embrace their authentic voices.Through her writing, speaking, and training programs, Erica is dedicated to breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and equipping clinicians, parents, and communities with the tools to support children's emotional well-being.When she's not in the therapy room or presenting workshops, you can find Erica enjoying time with her family, curled up in her signature yellow chair with a good book, or traveling in search of new adventures.
