The aim of this study are to compare the outcome of the laparoscopic with open cholecystectomy in patients with complicated gallstone disease regarding postoperative complications (e.g. Pain, Bleeding, Intraperitoneal Collection, Biliary leak,Wound Sepsis), hospital stay and resumption to work. Determine the conversion rate from laparoscopic to open cholecystectomy in patients with complicated gallstone disease.
