The results of the research will help bring Landscape Architecture academic programs up-to-date with software programs as well as satisfying the industry demands and requirements. Students coming out of the UC Davis program will be better prepared and trained to transition into offices. Students currently in the program will have the skills, abilities, and experiences to produce and critique industry standard products. With this knowledge, students will have the ability to better decide which aspect of Landscape Architecture they want to pursue and specialize in the future.
