Luthie M West currently lives in Oregon, U.S.A. with her husband and grandson. As a jack of all trades, she has been a teacher in primary and secondary public and private schools, and taught American Sign Language, English, Writing and Art to students of all ages. However, her first love is performing as an actor, a singer and a storyteller. Luthie has told countless stories, many created on the spur of the moment, at parties and events for children and adults. Now she has written them down in order to share them with children and their families everywhere. "There are three ways to get into the part of a character; act in some performance of a story/play someone wrote, read a story that someone wrote, and write the stories for someone else to act or read.
