During a funeral procession for a fallen police officer, many law enforcement personnel from around the country lined the streets awaiting the passing of the fallen comrade's hearse. Meanwhile a group of domestic terrorists was planning to utilize a faux police vehicle to invade the memorial service and gun down as many police as they could.It was Laila who discovered the plot and ended the threat, much to the chagrin of her superior officers. From that moment on her fellow marshals declared there was a new law in town, Marshal L.A.W.
