I share some basic concepts that became our foundation for success and discuss the roadblocks to those concepts. There are great tips and unveiling information on how to help your child maintain good nutrition while in school. I also reveal an abundance of commonsense that can be easily overlooked if you aren't paying attention or have not done the research. If you were born after 1990, you may find some of the dietary information surprising as the historical comparison is certainly eye opening.
