I'm sure some critics will give you a hard time for accenting the romantic angle, but I think you are doing a great thing to take Magdalene and Jesus' story and put it into romance form. I can think of so many women (and teenage girls) who are crying out for a book like this. It makes learning about the Jesus-Magdalene "history" fun! Making learning fun is the key to everything, in my opinion, and you are doing it with this book! It is riveting with a simple elegance, your style of presenting the story. I was smiling and "feeling" with her through every thought and event. It was so cool the way you handled the water into wine story and the calling of Mary, "woman" by Jesus.
