Many Managers have described this as the most difficult parts of their job, particularly the firing part. This book will offer you some guidance in these areas and will use actual examples to show you how to do it right and how to do it wrong. We usually end up having to fire our hiring mistakes. So, I'll walk you through that process, step by step, to help you do it correctly, and avoid some of the mistakes I have made along the way. At the end of the day, you have to be able to go home and sleep soundly at night, knowing that the actions you have taken during the day were the right thing, for everyone involved.
