A Jessica piace leggere, andare al cinema, coltivare il suo giardino, cucinare e viaggiare in camper con la sua famiglia! Nata nel 1974 da padre Italiano e madre olandese, è cresciuta all'estero: 12 anni in Africa, 4 anni a Taiwan e 2 anni in Australia. Nel 1993 si è trasferita in Italia e si è laureata all'Università di Torino in lingue (letteratura inglese e spagnola). Ha lavorato per quindici anni nell'industria cinematografica, televisiva e musicale come artista del makeup e degli effetti speciali. Ha anche insegnato inglese a vari livelli scolastici. Nel 2006 ha deciso di cambiare vita, lasciando i ritmi urbani di Torino per trasferirsi in campagna in Toscana, dove vive ancora con la sua famiglia e il cane.Dopo molti anni come insegnante, Jessica ha deciso di cominciare a scrivere, il suo sogno di tutta la vita, e ora ha ultimato il suo primo libro per bambini. Il suo libro Kara e il camper magico, parla di amicizia, fiducia, onestà, leggerezza di spirito, lavoro di squadra e famiglia. Racconta di una semplice ragazza di campagna, Kara, che vive con i suoi animali, i suoi migliori amici.
