Violet Peto is a writer and editor of children's books, specializing in non-fiction. She has worked on a wide variety of books, ranging from puzzle and novelty titles to art, craft and reference; and including award-winning titles such as Forest Life and Woodland Creatures. She lives in London. Emma Trithart is a freelance illustrator & hand letterer in Los Angeles. She graduated with a BFA in Illustration from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and has worked with a wide variety of clients such as American Girl, Disney Hyperion, Caribou Coffee, Random House, Scholastic Books, Simon & Schuster, the Los Angeles Times and Harper Collins.
