Highest levels of Job Security were experienced by Doctors and high levels of Self Awareness have been reported amongst Nurses and Physiotherapists. Social Workers had the highest levels of Self Management. These professionals have the highest service orientation and their jobs aim towards helping the challenged lot of the society. Hence, they tend to be duty conscious when compared to all other group of professionals.
