I have choose this title as the fact that defamation is resulted from unlawful publication of the statements (both online and offline) from one person to another which in the end cause injuries to the person concerned. The developments of science and technology have contributed to a lot of changes from traditional world to the cyber world. Some of these changes are positive and some are negative. For instance, the transmission of information is very easy, fastest, and in large quantity and quality. This is not a problem; the problem is when such transmitted information is used negatively, and that is where a person transmitted such information get some legal responsibility.
