Genelle has been writing children's stories since she was a young girl. She was published in a children's short-story competition when she was just 11 years old. Her inspiration for writing this book is her own two-year-old daughter's toilet-training journey. She wrote it hoping it would help her daughter and other young children understand what is happening when they start toilet training.
