The summary of the collections is to present residential neighborhood crime which comes in form of burglary, street incivility, robbery and other violent crimes peculiar to residential neighborhood as a social menace needed to be tackled by researchers, urban planners, realtors and policy makers in order to ensure sustainable housing.

He is a Principal Lecturer, Department of Estate Management, Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria.
