Vladimink, an evil terrorist leader at Azmovik Facility runs an underground mission to attack the United States during the presidential inauguration day at the White House. As soon as Alzek was implanted with a nuclear warhead he was sent to the United States for the big day. Zelda Palmer is caught between her dad's instructions and save her country before the inauguration day. Finally, Alzek was taken to Dr. Matthews to reset the explosion time of the bomb in his chest. Zelda and Cadro fight viciously to prevent the bomb exploding in the US. Finally, Alzek is sent back to Azmovik for explosion.
