This study explored the PERSPECTIVES of students, teachers, and administrators towards the use of interactive whiteboards (IWBs) in language teaching and learning contexts, and also sought insights into students' and teachers' actual use of IWBs in English as a foreign language classes. The study also investigated possible factors affecting teachers' and students' positive and negative PERSPECTIVES towards IWB technology.

Morteza Bakhtiarvand got PhD of Educational Technology from Department of Educational Technology, Faculty of Psychology and Education,Allameh Tabatabäi University, Tehran,Iran in 2022. He received his M.A. in Educational Technology from Allameh Tabatabäi University, in 2016. He received his M.A. in TEFL from Azad University of Ahvaz,Iran in 2006.
