The second experiment includes two major parts. The first to study the DNA extraction from different stages of embryonic development, while the second one was to investigate the genetic variations between each cell division of embryonic development. In the first experiment three types of oocytes were aspirated from mature follicles included (oocyte with cumulus cells, partial surrounded by cumulus cells ,and oocytes without cumulus cells ) which were incubated in CO2 incubator for the purpose of oocyte maturation and in vitro fertilization, therefore the investigation of oocyte at the molecular level is very important for detection of the oocyte quality.
