This book attempts to solve this problems by proposing a model that can be used to effectively control loss of cargo either internally, externally or as caused by weak inventory security procedures. The model can be used by both private as well as public sector industry players who are directly or indirectly involved in inventory management. Fundamentally, organizations at both ends of the financial spectrum can equally employ the model to effectively reduce loss of cargo. Small and medium micro enterprises (SME'S) in Kenya as well as in any other developing country in the world can benefit.
