Second, the way household members allocate resources among themselves could potentially affect the effectiveness of policy intervention and may even lead to unintended consequences for policymakers. In this book, the detailed structure of household behavior of resource allocation and expenditure pattern among households and its members was examined by using advanced multivariate techniques to understand the relationship among different household indicators.
