New technologies like the P2P is responsible for bringing to our life a new easy way to download from our convenience what we want, but at the same time, it raised a huge challenge in the existing copyright law. One of the new battlegrounds of dispute for copyright protection, and P2P sharing has become unavoidable. One of the possible solutions is to pursue subscribers/users who infringe copyright by illegal uploading and downloading, but it would beuneconomical, inefficient and unjust.
