Joseph Okwesili Nkwede holds a Ph.D in Political Science and a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, Nigeria. He has edited many books, published well researched articles in books and Journals. He has specialty in Governance and Development Studies.He belongs to many professional bodies.
