In addition, a new frequency allocation technique and power allocation methods are illustrated. This provides an efficient spectrum allocation at the edge and center of the cell to co-ordinate with Femtocells and Macrocells for better network performance. It has been observed from the results that this novel technique with the Femtocells guarantees significantly increased data-rate, increased network power efficiency, frequency reuse factor of one through-out the cell, reduced inter-cell interference and increased network capacity with simple design to meet the QoS need of users. This frequency reuse scheme provides a solution for current challenges in wireless industries by offering a simple and efficient inter-cell interference coordination (ICIC) technique for the next-generation wireless network.
