This book provides a theoretical discussion and an empirical investigation of the factors that influence local agency electronic information sharing with state agencies. The study leverages a two-staged research design, which includes an in-depth case study and a survey. Based on the findings, an extensive set of recommendations that can be utilized to improve the success of interagency information sharing initiatives is put forth.
