Dr. Boniface Chukwuka Ugwuoke (Rev), ein kluger Gelehrter, wurde am 26. Februar geboren. 1965. Er besuchte die Primar- und Sekundarschule an der C.P.S Omasi Agu bzw. der U.S.S Adani. Seine Hochschulausbildung absolvierte er an der COA Igbariam, der ESUT, der UNN und der EBSU, wo er seinen OND, B.Agricole, MSC, PGDTE und Ph.D. in Agricole Ext Admin erwarb. Fellow IMC., ICMC. Er ist verheiratet und hat 5 Söhne.
