Both books take a mechanistic viewpoint of the universe, and present a more logical and scientific explanation for the existence of mankind and the universe. Both books are an outgrowth of almost sixty years of martial arts discipline, researches in zen and other philosophies. Be prepared, some of these concepts will be easy to swallow and will make sense and insert themselves into your way of thought easily. Other concepts are going to leave you shaken to the core, thinking I'm a quack, and wanting to burn the books. Either way, you're in for a journey.
