( Pronounced as Mun tra or Man tra)'Man' translates as 'mind' and 'tra' as a tool or an aid for the mind to achieve whatever it is that it wants to achieve - in this case, some measure of inner peace and tranquility. Mantras transform lives. However, there are countless Mantras. Where would you start and how do they work?It is quite an exact science. With understanding and correct utterance, the sound vibrations activate a chain of bio-chemical reactions that heals the inflammation in our system caused by stress, eating disorders, and broken immunity systems. T H E R E S U LT: The clinical benefits were obvious: A gradual sense of calm; reduced Stress, depression, andhypertension; lower blood pressure; improved metabolism, digestion, and memory functions.
