The order of the chapters seeks to establish a path that starts with technological considerations, goes through some specific problems of Informational Normosis and concludes by presenting some possibilities for changing habits with regard to the use of new technologies. However, each chapter is its own universe, which often contains all three of the above components, so it can be read individually and separately.
