Using an interpretivist perspective, it was understood that the learning resulting from the use of information systems in the sector is characterized by the premises of the conductivist approach, i.e. it is consolidated in the sector in a fragmented way aimed merely at achieving organizational objectives. Encouraging learning within organizations in a way that overcomes this fragmentation becomes a crucial factor.
