There is a need to impart information literacy skills to students which help them optimize the available e-resources of the library at any point with Internet connectivity. This book recommends that, IL skills programme be incorporated in the university curriculum and made compulsory to all distance learners. The issues of plagiarism, counterfeiting and replication of research works will be minimized.
