Therefore, this work aims to verify whether there is evidence that the quality of refrigerated raw milk interferes with the remuneration of the rural producer/supplier of dairy X, located in the south of the state of Goiás, specifically with regard to two aspects: the financial impact of payment for quality (remuneration), based on the indicators total bacterial count (TBC), SCC, fat and protein according to MAPA's IN 07 and the impact of the SCC parameter on production.
