- In addition, the indications, the ATC-Code of the WHO, the CAS number, the summary formula and the molecular mass and the structural formula are included.
- The ATCvet-Code for veterinary medicine substances was recently introduced.
- The compilation of single-compound preparations for human use is complete for 102 countries (previously 31); another 39 countries are partly covered. A total of 141 countries (133 in the previous edition) have now been evaluated.
- The alphabetical index of all the trade names (51,000), the medicinal substances (4,500) and the synonyms (12,000) as well as the registers of ATC and ATCvet active substances offer valuable searching helps.
