Her dad worked in an oil refinery company, and her mom was an RN until they decided to move to NYC for better opportunities when she was three years old. And then, somewhere within those amazing years, she found her voice! A voice that compelled a new journey! A voice that stemmed from the devastation she felt from her parent's divorce; and at 15 years old, her sad, hurt, angry, and confused emotions sought guidance & direction which led her to write it all down. All those emotions that flooded her heart turned into a tale of truth that told a story; and from that story on, was the onset to continue to express and write from her heart's experiences & life's events... poems of Strength, Courage, Truth, & Love.
