These different proposals were grouped into the following 10 categories: respecting the norms of the SZ, popularizing the norms of the SZ, avoiding interference from the hierarchy in the ZCO, giving the ZCO the power to punish, building structures and assigning agents according to the needs of the SZ, leaving the power of granting authorization to open to a body recognized by all, organizing the community, promoting contractualization, giving the power to grant authorization to open to a body recognized by all.
