Discussion of the above-mentioned points will lead toconclusions which in turn will allow formulating a number of policyrecommendations addressed to various institutional actors thatinfluence the modus operandi of financial and educationaladministrations in CA. The material for the debate was provided bythe performance of educational sectors in five Central-Americancountries: Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador and CostaRica.
