The study of the important aspects of traditional culture during the twentieth century, in Tirana, aims to show the efforts and sacrifices of the inhabitants of this province to build a separate ethnocultural identity, highlighting the wealth that has preserved in the field of popular culture, which is reflected in the phenomena of material, social and spiritual culture, customs, traditions . These assets of the traditional and modern type, which have undergone a strong inter twining during various historical periods, became more evident during the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century.
