The results of the analyze in this book are based on the linkage between employees in stores and controlling services, the following questions have been taken as basis for the study: Does work with indicators affect the sale process and so the computation of KPI? If yes with indicators are used in the sale process? Can the employees' motivation be improved based on indicators? And finally has the communication to employees, with the help of indicators, an impact on their motivation and so on the development of their sales skills?
