Autor

Dr Scully completed her PhD in Knowledge Management with Salford University. Dr Scully¿s professional experience in Quantity Surveying, on commercial and government projects. She is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and a Lecturer in Limerick Institute of Technology.
