Leadership by example is demonstrable for subordinate emulation through such processes. Together, implementation communication teases out both the leader and subordinates and to a large extent the governed out of their comfort zones to better and higher performance zones of learning and panic respectively. Leadership reforms must involve all stakeholders and well communicated if it is to yield desired results.
