Rachel Gunn is a follower of Christ, a wife and mom, and a parent educator with a Master's in Education and a decade of teaching experience. She founded Seeds of Impact, a nonprofit through which she channels her passion for parenting and education into supporting parents, especially moms overcoming trauma and addiction. Her unique insights derived from a rich background as an educator and mother offer practical guidance to those navigating the complex landscape of modern parenting. Rachel takes great joy in empowering families with research-backed tools and a compassionate approach, making her a driving force for positive change in parenting dynamics. When not adventuring with her husband and two daughters, she can be found writing, speaking, drinking coffee, or looking for ways to avoid cooking dinner.
