Given these questions, two hypotheses were put forward: the Covid-19 pandemic has a negative influence on the well-being at work of administrative staff at the University of Kinshasa, in all its different dimensions; the well-being at work of these staff varies according to sociodemographic variables (gender, age, seniority, place of residence, grade, housing and level of education).
