Moreover it aims at examining the difference, in level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the nurses working in public and private hospitals. Likert-type questionnaire was developed with 30 statements to determine the strength among perceived organizational support and exploratory variables; job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Autocorrelation was used as an analytical procedure to accomplish the objective of the study.
