Dr. Manoj Kumar Verma is presently working in Deptt. of Lib. & Inf. Science, Mizoram University, Aizawl as Assistant Professor. He has more than 10 years of professional experience in different capacity. Dr. U. N. Singh is presently working as University Librarian at G. G. University, Bilaspur. He has more than 25 years of professional experience.
