Thus, this research aims to assess the reasons of gender inequalities that persist against women lawyers in areas of remuneration, promotions, and other professional opportunities in law. Thus, it is essential to look for ways to minimize these barriers in order to motivate equal participation of women lawyers and enhance their work life balance and satisfaction in their profession. This work will be especially useful for people in gender studies and law profession and also for those who are interested in growth of women in unconventional professions.
