The Diffusion of Innovation Theory provided the theoretical framework, explaining the adoption patterns of AI tools among students. A survey research design was employed, with data collected from a sample size of 374 students using a structured questionnaire. The findings revealed that AI tools were widely adopted, with 70% of students using them daily, primarily for research and writing. AI significantly improved assignment completion, writing quality, and research efficiency, though it had a lower impact on examination preparation. The study also highlighted challenges such as poor internet access, high subscription costs, and concerns about academic integrity.
