The Kashmir is "paradise of India" which considered as the most militarize part of the world where the Armed force (Jammu & Kashmir) Special Power act has been enforced in 1990. This Act has considered as a "draconian Law". According to the Law the Armed force have the power, "To enter and search any premise in order to make such arrests, or to recover any person wrongfully restrained or any arms, ammunition or explosive substances and seize".Shutdowns, curfews, protests are not new to Kashmir is, mainly the Kashmiri women is the worst sufferer of the armed conflict. They are the direct and indirect victim of armed conflict.
